Meet Susan Watson
Advanced Teacher of Crystalline Consciousness Technique™
As someone who grew up in a family without healthy
boundaries, I became aware very early of how
easily energy can become overwhelming.
I learned to read the room.
To feel what others were feeling.
To carry emotions that were never mine to hold.
And for a long time, I thought that was simply part of caring.
As a teacher, coach and certified hypnotherapist,
I was deeply committed to helping people transform.
But behind the scenes, I was exhausted.
The more I gave, the more depleted I became.
Some days it felt physical.
Other days emotional.
I cared deeply about my clients, but I hadn't yet learned
how to be fully present for their transformation
while preserving my own energy.
And eventually, I realized something important:
Transformation should not require self-sacrifice.
There had to be a different way to facilitate healing and change—
one that didn’t require giving from my own energy.
THE JOURNEY THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
That search led me to
Crystalline Consciousness Technique™ (CCT™).
When I activated my Crystalline Energy System,
everything began to shift.
I learned how to:
- maintain clear energetic boundaries,
- work with energy differently,
- support transformation without depletion
- stop absorbing what wasn't mine to carry
- facilitate healing with conscious intent
Instead of operating from exhaustion,
I began working from coherence.
My sessions became deeper.
My energy became stronger.
And my clients experienced profound shifts—
not through force, but through alignment.
